The author had conducted these training Programme for housewives, teachers , lawyers ,social workers and mixed group .Their field experience of long duration has also contributed in preparing this manual. The author sincerely feels that each one needs to be effective communicator whereas it is never thought in any of our school curriculum. We learn it just by trial and error method. This is a manual to conduct training however the same can be used by any individual at individual level and in his or her comfort group to understand and acquire the knowledge and skills on this topic.
